Description
Our Cheshire is constructed out of tanalised ship lap cladding. We wrap our frame with a BBA approved vapour barrier and use a 25mm cavity wall gap as standard, this is not applied to most other garden rooms on the market. This design aids air flow to help with ventilation, giving your building protection from moisture build up and mould growth.

- Full electrical pack, includes consumer unit, stylish heater, 4 double sockets, down lights to suit size of building, external down lights in roof overhang or up-down lights on either side of door
- Laminate flooring and pre-primed skirting boards
