One of our best selling models, the Chestnut Combi offers the perfect mix of a stylish summerhouse and practical storage area in one building! Enjoy a space to unwind and relax, whilst keeping tools and garden gear neatly tucked away.

It comes with 2×2 framework, 16mm shiplap cladding and is fully braced as standard. It features full glass double doors and four fixed windows, so it’s full of natural light. All windows and doors come with toughened glass as standard, for added safety and peace of mind.

Choose the overall building size then divide that up into summerhouse and storage areas. For instance: 12×10 overall size = 8×10 summerhouse and 4×10 storage area.

We would highly recommend adding a Firestone rubber roof, as this is maintenance free, totally impervious and means you never need a re-felt!

    Our electrical package includes: a consumer unit, stylish heater, 4 double sockets, downlights to suit the size of the building and external downlights in the roof overhang or up-down lights on either side of the doors. All electrical packages require a live feed in place, prior to our arrival. The live feed (armoured cable) should run from the fuse board in your house, down the garden to where you would like the building installed.
