Our Buckingham is a sleek long-life design, which requires little maintenance. It is constructed out of concrete fibre board, which is designed with longevity in mind. Concrete fibre boards are used in many new build houses both in the UK and USA, for its long life, quality finish, resistance to fire and all-weather types.

- Full electrical pack, includes consumer unit, stylish heater, 4 double sockets, down lights to suit size of building, external down lights in roof overhang or up-down lights on either side of door
- LVT flooring – various colours and pre-primed skirting boards

Paint:
An internal primer coat of matt paint can be added for an addition cost of:
- 8×8 to 14×8 – £350.00
- 14×10 to 22×12 – £495.00
Canopy:
An integrated side canopy can be added to our Buckingham Garden room. It comes with composite decking, powder coated steel support, fully blanked off back and double cladded in concrete fibre board.
